Jim Kokas defines his company as ‘its all about you’.

‘We have been lucky enough to find the right kind of employee that understands and believes, that without happy and satisfied customers we would not have a successful restaurant. We create from our own recipes, freshly baked breads, soups, sauces, house smoked fish and meats, ice creams, sorbets and of course, desserts. Our staff will go the extra mile to make each guest’s experience special. Our motto is ‘its all about you’ (meaning the customer) is what has kept us in business since 1987.’
